There is evidence that our government has been complicit in the fraud in that they sent out RFP's that included the conclusions. They called it Research, I call it propaganda. Remember, one of the climategate e-mails said: "We can't account for the lack of warming, and it is travesty that we can't." The first part of the sentence is the conclusive science, and the last part is the proof of the need for propaganda. We really, really, need to account for it.
