I have a question for anyone. What motivated these “scientists” to fabricate data and conclusions? Who provided them direction. Somebody paid their salaries. They are not all independent contractors able to millions of dollars from the fraud, like say Al Gore.
We have evidence that the Canadian government put out requests for proposals that included the conclusions the “scientist” was supposed to reach, (a la “I have a million dollars for anyone who can reach this conclusion.”) but Jean Chretien did not orchestrate the whole fraud.
