I had trouble too, but it is still available until Jan 01, 2010 when it gets banned for good (as far as my understanding goes). You have to go to a garden centre like Golden Acres as the big box Rona and Home Depot have jumped the gun and taken it off the shelves across Canada.

A 1 litre concentrated bottle of Round-up is $45 and Killex is half that much, but it's more selective and won't kill everything.

I'm told that the United Farmers Ass. (UFA) in Airdrie and Okotoks will continue to sell it. They are outside the juris-my-diction of our waste of skin city council.

I picked up another bottle last week to keep in the garage for when I need it next summer.

They are often a little short on supply so you might want to call before you go.
